alpha is the first letter of the greek alphabet
and chloe is the name of the 1 year old baby sister of the first guy i liked
so i realised last night when i was talking to his girlfriend of 3 years
time so flies
making strange mistakes often end up being blessings in disguise
the first album i bought was a mtv most wanted hits compilation
definitely not something that i'll ever be proud of
though after that i bought (mostly) uni-artiste cds rather than compilations
it's only because compilations seldom contain enough songs that i particularly like
itunes, winamp is merely a tool of music listening
bothways, they still ran on shuffle mode
then came one band that changed everything for me
Radiohead happened.
the albums? OK, Computer and Kid A.
there's a certain beauty in the way albums are put together
a cohesiveness or synch that makes or breaks albums
the transition from one track to another
the build up and break down
the story each album tells
thank God for the mistakes i make
thank God that there are no accidents
only golden lessons waiting to be discovered and learnt
thank God for flooding me once and again
thank you, God, for everything
