holy spirit
the Holy Spirit is the spirit of God
as at the triple point of water, water can exist
as the three states of matter, solid, liquid and gas
God exists in the form of three roles,
Father, Son and Holy Spirit
the Holy Spirit lives in each of us, removing sins, regrets and shame
so that we can wipe clean our slate
so that we can approach God
and come to a relationship with God, Him as our father
and we as His children
we all have a great propensity to sin and do evil
yet we know that it is wrong
we feel bad, feel guilty, feel unclean,
because our conscience does not remain silent
and we need someone greater than us
to forgive us for our transgressions
we also constantly feel pangs of loneliness
because nobody in the world can truly be with us
right to the end
my loved ones can watch me die
they might even wish to die in my place
but alone, we must walk through the narrow halls of death
for even if we die together
we die alone
but God is everywhere
and He is always with us
so that we might never feel alone or lonely
the Holy Spirit also transforms us
so that we might testify God's realness in our lives today
He fills us with strength, courage, love and joy
He fills us with the desire to change and be transformed
from inside out
not through rules and regulations
but by an intrinsic desire to do and be good.
God is a gentleman
He doesn't force His way into our lives
until and unless we, in the depths of our heart,
choose to invite Him into our lives, into our hearts
as our personal Lord and Saviour
and when we do,
His spirit with us, as our sword and shield
so that we might be protected and safe
yet truly free.
