too busy to write, but filled with joy


joy is when i look to God on high
when i spend time with Jesus
and meditate on His word

joy is when i serve Him
and squeeze myself dry,
pouring out everything from me
and trusting that He will provide

and being spoken to, that He is the source of all good things
and that for us who labour in His name, He will give us rest

i thank God for the joy He has given me
and the changes in my heart
