what's the point of having all the knowledge in the world when there's nobody to share it with? and incidentally, moss grows towards civilisation.
maybe it's the green-eyed monster in me that sees my inadequacies
that there's just so much in the world that i don't know
maybe it's because i can't handle all this information overload
or perhaps i'm afraid because the more i have, the more i'll be expected to give
things exist for the sake of being observed
it's only worth being in the world if there're other people to justify our existence
to be part of the jigsaw of the memories of other people
to be part of the social networking that connects the world
what i know is just going to kill me for the rest of my life
if there's nobody to share the knowledge with
it's like having committed the perfect crime
and being tortured for the rest of one's life
not because of guilt, or shame, or indictment and judgment
but because the perfect crime is buried, unknown,
and glory that is unobserved
ceases to exist.
